of Cleruchy is under development as well!
March 22, 2000 -- Cleruchy v0.94 now available!
I've added lots of features to the game board, enhancing play without changing the basic rules of Cleruchy. Check the rules to see what's new! Note that the basic game can still be played: the new board rules are optional. I've packaged a map editor with the new version, so you can configure things any way you want to. There will be lots more on this site about the new version, but for now, click here to try it out!
March 20, 2000 -- 1000 Downloads!
Cleruchy has passed the 1000 download mark on
download.com. Thanks
to everyone who decided to try the game out! You can also
get Cleruchy from the shareware sites I list below, or
right from this site! I have some good ideas now about how to
enhance gameplay (not really rule changes, but more like
different board configurations), so stay tuned to this site!
March 12, 2000 -- As of today, Cleruchy has been
downloaded 674 times from
download.com! Thank you to everyone who has tried out
my modest little game! I will soon begin work on Cleruchy
version 1.0, and would like very much to implement users'
suggestions. If you have an idea on how Cleruchy could be
improved, please let me hear about it! Either sign the
guestbook or e-mail
me directly. I want to make the full version
very flexible and full of options, so if you make a suggestion
there's a good chance it'll show up in the game!
March 7, 2000 -- Just added a

February 14, 2000 -- You can now play Cleruchy against
the computer! The newest beta version is available to
download. The game
is not quite ready for full release just yet, but the
computer plays a decent game and most of the features
that will appear in the final game are functional.

February 12, 2000 -- Great news: you can now
download the first beta
version of Cleruchy! You can only play in 2-player mode,
but that is the only major limitation. You
can play a complete game of Cleruchy correctly, the
save/load features work, and the graphics have been completely
overhauled! The circles are gone, and the board has turned a nice shade of blue. The new graphics will be making their
way onto the website very soon. Click
